Laminate Flooring

Laminate flooring is an inexpensive, long-lasting, durable flooring
option. It is very well liked by homeowners because installation is
easy, it requires very little maintenance, and it is environmentally
friendly.
Laminate flooring looks very similar to hardwood flooring; however,
it is not made from wood at all. It is actually made from several
materials that are bonded together under high pressure. The core of
a laminate consists of fiberboard.
Laminate flooring can be installed in practically any dry surface
location. Installation is very simple. Few tools are needed and less
mess is created because laminates come pre-finished. They are sold
as planks and panels in wood, stone, tile and other looks.
Very little maintenance is required with laminate flooring. To
ensure its lasting beauty, it is best to simply vacuum or dust mop
the floor to remove dirt or dust. If a stain doesn't seem to be
coming off, it is best to use some sort of a nail polish remover to
lift the stain.
Laminates come in an array of colors and patterns. With so many
sizes, colors, and patterns to choose from, you can mix and match
planks with tiles and wood grains with stone patterns to create a
truly unique floor.
