What is your return/credit policy?
As defined in our standard contract:

Credit will be issued only for Leads which meet any of the following criteria:
(1) Leads initiated by minors (under the age of 18)
(2) Leads duplicated within this Agreement (within 15 days)
(3) Invalid phone number AND invalid email on the lead
(4) Erroneous name on the lead
(5) Consumer does not own the home represented in Lead (unless permission is granted from landlord)
(6) Project defined in Lead is outside the Territory defined in Section 5
